This paper analyzes the structure, working principle, advantages and disadvantages of ball screw, and introduces the manufacturing process, testing methods and application fields of ball screw. In order to better illustrate the characteristics of the ball screw structure, this paper also elaborates on the internal structure of the ball screw, bearing selection, thread pair fit and lubrication mode. Finally, through experimental data analysis, the superiority of ball screw in high speed, high precision and high rigidity requirements is verified.
